Hare lehsun aur mirch ka aachar is spicy mixed pickle made from green garlic and green chillies.
- 1 kilogram cup green garlic, cleaned and chopped. Separate green leaves and stems
- 50 grams ginger, chopped
- 15 green chillies
- 2 teaspoons fennel
- 4 teaspoons coriander seed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hing
- 1 cup Vinegar / Circa
- Grind green chillies along with garlic stems.
- Mix this paste with garlic greens.
- Add all spices and salt. Mix well.
- Add vinegar and mix well.
- Store in airtight container with additional vinegar.
- Place in sunlight for 1-2 days.
- Serve hare lehsun aur mirchi ka achar as side dish.
