Aloo bukhara panna
Tangy sweet drink made from plums

- 2 Plum
- 6 mint leaves
- Sugar, as per taste
- Black salt, as per taste
- Salt, as per taste
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 glass water
- Boil plums in water till soft. Take aside and allow to cool.
- Peel and destone plums. Blend them with 1 glass water and mint.
- Adjust taste with black salt, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
- Serve aloo bukhara panna chilled.
