Aloo bukhara panna

Tangy sweet drink made from plums


  • 2 Plum
  • 6 mint leaves
  • Sugar, as per taste
  • Black salt, as per taste
  • Salt, as per taste
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 glass water


  1. Boil plums in water till soft. Take aside and allow to cool.
  2. Peel and destone plums. Blend them with 1 glass water and mint.
  3. Adjust taste with black salt, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Serve aloo bukhara panna chilled.
