Bhaat Kerela Pitika

Bhaat Kerela Pitika is simple side dish made from Spiny gourd/bhaat karela cooked along with raw local vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams spiny gourd / bhaat karela, peeled and chopped
  • 2 potoatos, peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 garlic, chopped
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Boil Bhaat Karela and potatoes.
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Adjust taste with salt.
  4. Serve Bhaat Karela Pitika as side dish.
