Fragrant pink rose petal jam


  • 1 cup Rose Petals
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar


  1. Wash rose petals. Allow to dry. Finely chop dried petals.
  2. In a jar, place alternate layers of rose petals and sugar evenly. Close jar and place it in sunlight for 10 days.
  3. Stir the mixture every day using clean spoon. Store gulkand in airtight container. Refrigerate to store long.
