Rich, creamy milk based sweet dessert from Lucknow


  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 300 milliliters Double Cream, whipped
  • 50 grams Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Rose Water
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • Pistachio


  1. Heat milk. Bring to boil. Add cream, saffron, sugar and rose water.
  2. Garnish with cut pistachio. Serve Nimish chilled.
