Nachni Dosa

Crepe made from Nachni flour


  • 1 cup nachni peeth / ragi flour
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup rava / semolina
  • Salt


  1. Make nachni batter by mixing all ingredients with water.
  2. Allow to ferment for 2 hours.
  3. Spread batter on hot tava to make crispy nachni dosa.
  4. Serve Nachni dosa along with spicy chutney of your choice.
