Crepe made from Nachni flour
- 1 cup nachni peeth / ragi flour
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/2 cup rava / semolina
- Make nachni batter by mixing all ingredients with water.
- Allow to ferment for 2 hours.
- Spread batter on hot tava to make crispy nachni dosa.
- Serve Nachni dosa along with spicy chutney of your choice.
