Aam Jhora

Refreshing drink from boiled raw mango pulp mixed with cumin and salt


  • 1 large Raw mango
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
  • 4 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder


  1. Bake/grill the mango until charred from outside and cooked inside. Dunk in cold water to prevent overcooking.
  2. Peel and squeeze pulp. Add sugar, salt and cumin powder to pulp. Blend.
  3. Add 4-5 cups of water. Blend.
  4. Serve Aam Jhora chilled.
