Kosoi Bwtwi

This is veg modified version of traditional Green beans dry curry generally made from Berma (dry, fermented fish)


  • 2 cups Green Beans, stringed and chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup Onions, chopped
  • 1 Garlic, clove
  • 2 Green Chilli, finely chopped
  • 7 pieces Tofu, sliced into 1 inch pieces and sauteed
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • Salt as needed


  1. Boil the green beans.
  2. Heat oil and saute onions, garlic, chopped green chilli.
  3. Add green beans, sauteed tofu and stir fry. Add salt.
