Makki di Roti

Roti/flat bread made from corn flour is popularly eaten with Sarson ka saag


  • 4 cups Corn flour
  • 6 Green chilies, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste


  1. Knead flour and other ingredients into smooth dough.
  2. Using plastic bag, roll into round roti.
  3. Bake over tawa till brown on both sides.
  4. Serve with butter and sarson ka saag
