Ladoos made from whole wheat

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour / besan
  • 1/4 cup semolina / rava
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup raisins, optional
  • 1/8 cup cashewnut, optional
  • 2 powdered cardamoms

Instructions

  1. Heat Ghee and roast the flours for ~15 minutes.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool. Add sugar, cardamom powder, cashewnut and rasins.
  3. With greased palms, roll into equal sized balls. Store in airtight container.
