Ladoos made from whole wheat
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour / besan
- 1/4 cup semolina / rava
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 cup raisins, optional
- 1/8 cup cashewnut, optional
- 2 powdered cardamoms
- Heat Ghee and roast the flours for ~15 minutes.
- Allow the mixture to cool. Add sugar, cardamom powder, cashewnut and rasins.
- With greased palms, roll into equal sized balls. Store in airtight container.
