Chutney made with mint leaves and coconut

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grated coconut
  • 5 Shallots
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • 2 Green chillies
  • Few Curry leaves
  • 1 lemon, juice extracted
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind together all ingredients except lemon juice to a fine paste.
  2. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Serve Pudina chammanthi with biryani/dosa/idli.
