Chutney made with mint leaves and coconut

- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 5 Shallots
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 6 Mint leaves
- 2 Green chillies
- Few Curry leaves
- 1 lemon, juice extracted
- Salt to taste
- Grind together all ingredients except lemon juice to a fine paste.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve Pudina chammanthi with biryani/dosa/idli.
