Takira is a sweet instant breakfast recipe from Himachal Pradesh, made with wheat flour, ghee and sugar.


  • 1 cup gehun ka sheera
  • 5 teaspoons Ghee
  • Sugar to taste


  1. Mix together sheera and sugar.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and pour the mixture into it.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  4. Serve Takira warm.
