Zan is dish made from millet flour by Tibetan / Monpa tribe in Arunachal Pradesh. The recipe is similar to Dhindo recipe from Nepal, Paba from Ladakh or Muddu from South India.
- Millet flour
- Heat water with little flour and salt.
- Bring to boil and place all flour over water without stirring.
- Allow to cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Stir well as mixture thickens to form dough.
- Serve Zan with chutney / stew.
