Laisak is simple recipe made from locally available leaves of mustard leaves in Arunachal Pradesh.
- 500 grams Laisak / gayang huu / Chinese mustard leaves, chopped
- 1 piece ginger, inch long, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 green chillies, slit half
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- 2 teaspoons dried bamboo shoots
- Mix all ingredients. Add little water.
- Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Adjust consistency with water and taste with salt / pepper powder.
- Serve Laisak with steamed rice.
