Aloo Bukhara sharbat

Quick plum crush to serve your guests


  • 3 plums, destoned and sliced.
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 8 mint leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Ice


  1. Blend all ingredients together along with 1-2 glass water
  2. Let peel remain for rich colour.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and soaked sabja seeds
