Aloo Bukhara sharbat

- 3 plums, destoned and sliced.
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 8 mint leaves
- Salt as per taste
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Blend all ingredients together along with 1-2 glass water
- Let peel remain for rich colour.
- Garnish with mint leaves and soaked sabja seeds
