Yogurt based dessert popularly eaten with pooris
- 1 1/2 cups Yogurt Chakka / yogurt solids
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1 pinch cardamon powder
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons almond, rasins, pistachio, chopped
- Beat yogurt solids/chakka well.
- Add milk soaked saffron, sugar, cardamom, saffron and nuts.
- Mix well till sugar is dissolved.
- Serve chilled shrikhand along with puri.
