Sweet, crunchy deep fried, whole wheat flour biscuits
- 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- Knead flour with sugar dissolved in milk, oil, milk and cardamom powder into stiff dough.
- Roll into flat bread. Cut into diamond shapes.
- Deep fry till dark brown and crispy. Store Shankarpali in airtight container.
