A breakfast pancake recipe from buckwheat flour, traditionally used by Monpa tribe and served with butter tea made of Yak milk.
- 1 cup Buckwheat flour
- Salt to taste
- Butter / ghee
- Make thick batter by mixing flour with water. Rest it for half hour.
- On hot tawa, spread spoonful of batter into flat dosa shape. Grease with butter if required. Cook on both sides.
- Serve Khura hot along with butter tea.
