Lasiade ki sabji

Lasiade are green Sebesten plum found in Himachal Pradesh. The recipe is curry preparation using the fruits.


  • Lasiade / Sebesten Plum
  • Raw mango
  • Amchur / tamarind paste
  • Salt


  1. Break the fruit into two pieces. Removes the seed.
  2. Boil in water for 10 minutes.
  3. While boiling add one medium raw mango sliced to reduce stickiness.
  4. Fry the boiled fruit along with spices till soft.
  5. Add amchur/mango powder or tamarind paste. Cook for few minutes. Adjust taste with salt.
  6. Serve hot.
