Ethnic food of Monpa tribe from Arunachal Pradesh made from Amaranth flour
- 1 cup bundangmo / Amaranth / Rajgira Flour
- Salt to taste
- ajwain seeds
- Dry roast bundangmo. Grind into flour.
- Knead flour with salt, ajwain seeds and water into dough.
- Make long rolls and make ring or 8 shaped khapse. Deep fry till crispy.
- Store Bungandmo Khapse in airtight container.
