Stir fried teasel gourd popularly cooked in Goa and Konkan region
- 6 phagil, washed, scraped and chopped in pieces
- 4 dry red chillies, crushed
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt as per taste
- Heat oil and stir fry phagil/kantola along with cloves and red chillies.
- Cook until slight brown. Adjust taste with salt.
- Serve Phagil Talasani with steamed rice.
