Koat Pitha

Fritters made with banana, rice flour and jaggery


  • 3 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/2 cup Grated Jaggery
  • Oil


  1. Mash bananas along with jaggery. Add rice flour along with little water to make thick batter.
  2. Deep fry dumplings of batter on low flame till brown on all sides.
  3. Serve Koat Pitha with tea.
