Maharashtrian dessert made with hung yogurt and mango pulp


  • 500 grams yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup sugar


  1. Hang yogurt in muslin cloth till water drains.
  2. Add mango pulp, sugar and cream. Whisk well.
  3. Serve Amrakhand with poori.
