Bidari paratha

Indian bread recipe from Bidar


  • 2 cups Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Semolina
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying


  1. Combine flours, semolina and salt. Mix well. Using water knead into dough. Rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Taking small piece of dough at a time roll into oval shape.
  3. Deep fry on hot flame till fluffy and light golden brown.
  4. Serve bidari paratha hot along with curry.
