Khubaani ka meetha

Apricot jam made for nawabs of Hyderabad


  • 4 cups apricots, fresh halved, seeds removed
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream / malai


  1. Heat apricot along with sugar. Stir while cooking. Cook till it gets jam like consistency.
  2. Serve Khubaani ka meetha with fresh cream
