Khubaani ka meetha
Apricot jam made for nawabs of Hyderabad

- 4 cups apricots, fresh halved, seeds removed
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cream / malai
- Heat apricot along with sugar. Stir while cooking. Cook till it gets jam like consistency.
- Serve Khubaani ka meetha with fresh cream
