Gur gur Chai

Salted Tea served in Ladakh with yak milk and yak butter

Ingredients

  • Tea leaves
  • Water
  • Yak Milk
  • Yak butter
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Brew tea leaves in water till almost dark black.
  2. Add yak milk, fresh yak butter and salt. Churn.
  3. Serve in clay tea-pots.
