Tindora Nu Shaak

Spicy cooked tender tindora

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Tindora
  • 2 teaspoons Oil
  • 1 pinch Hing
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil. Stir fry tindora along with hing for 2 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in between.
  3. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Stir and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve Tindora Nu Shaak with roti or rice.
