Spicy cooked tender tindora
- 1 1/2 cups Tindora
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- 1 pinch Hing
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil. Stir fry tindora along with hing for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in between.
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Stir and saute for 2 minutes.
- Serve Tindora Nu Shaak with roti or rice.
