Kosu Thuror Pator Haak

Curry made from leaves of Colocasia


  • 4 -5 Colocasia Leaves, washed and chopped finely
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 cup masur dal
  • Corinader seed Powder
  • Cumin seeds Powder
  • Green Chillies
  • 3 Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, crushed


  1. Pressure cook chopped leaves along with water, turmeric and masoor dal.
  2. As cooker cools down, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds powder, chopped tomatoes, pepper and crushed garlic.
  3. Add water if required. Mix well. Bring to boil.
  4. Serve Kosu Thuror Pator Haak hot.
