Tangy side dish made from raw mango pulp and spices. Part of Dal puth maani recipe in Kashmir and other hilly areas of Himachal
- 2 Raw or half-ripe mangoes, large
- 1 Onion, large
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin seed Powder
- Salt – To taste
- Sugar, as per taste
- Red chili Powder
- Fresh Crushed Mint Leaves – Just a few
- Boil mangoes. Squeeze pulp and blend.
- Add the chopped onions and spices. Adjust taste with salt and sugar. Garnish with mint.
