Tangy and spicy starfruit pickle


  • Kamranga / star fruits, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Amchar masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil


  1. Heat oil in pan, add masala and cook for few minutes.
  2. Add blended garlic and pepper. Cook for five minutes.
  3. Add kamranga and cook until soft.
  4. Serve Kamranga achar with rice/roti
