Tangy and spicy starfruit pickle
- Kamranga / star fruits, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons Amchar masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in pan, add masala and cook for few minutes.
- Add blended garlic and pepper. Cook for five minutes.
- Add kamranga and cook until soft.
- Serve Kamranga achar with rice/roti
