Pancakes made with black rice.
- 100 grams Black rice, soaked overnight
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- Coconut oil for frying
- Grind rice with sugar to form a smooth batter.
- Add flour to batter and knead a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll out circular discs.
- Heat a pan and smear coconut oil.
- Cook the pancakes on both sides until done.
- Serve Chaak-Hao Tann warm.
