Masur Dailor Bor is a popular Assamese snack prepared with red lentils or masoor dal.
- 250 grams Red lentils (Masur Dal), soaked and ground into a coarse paste
- 10 grams Rice powder (optional)
- 4 -5 Green Chillies
- 1 pinch Baking soda
- 2 medium sized Onions
- 1 cup Mustard oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves
- Mix together lentil paste, rice powder, baking soda, onions, green chillies coriander leaves, salt and water to form a thick batter.
- Deep fry the fritters.
- Serve Masur Dailor Bor hot!
