Gooseberries preserved in honey


  • 2 1/4 litres Honey
  • 2 kilograms Gooseberries


  1. Make small piercings on gooseberries.
  2. Take honey in an airtight jar and add gooseberries to it.
  3. Preserve for 5-6 months.
  4. Enjoy Then Nellikka as a healthy snack.
