Irumbanpuli chammanthi

Chutney made with Bilimbi fruit

Ingredients

  • 6 Bilimbi fruit, medium size
  • 6 Shallots
  • 3 -4 Green chillies
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind all ingredients except coconut oil.
  2. Pour coconut oil over the chutney.
  3. Serve Irumbanpuli chammanthi with rice.
