Chutney made with Bilimbi fruit

- 6 Bilimbi fruit, medium size
- 6 Shallots
- 3 -4 Green chillies
- 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
- Salt to taste
- Coarsely grind all ingredients except coconut oil.
- Pour coconut oil over the chutney.
- Serve Irumbanpuli chammanthi with rice.
