Paleng Boil is a tasty Assamese recipe prepared with spinach. It can be served as a soups or stew.
- A handful of Spinach, chopped
- 2 Tomatoes
- Green chillies
- Salt to taste
- A pinch Black pepper
- Ghee/Butter or Cheese
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Boil spinach, tomato, green chillies and salt in little water.
- Add black pepper powder and second tomato. Cook until done.
- Add some ghee/butter or cheese. Mix well
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve Paleng boil warm.
