Fresh salad made from grated carrots.
- 1 cup carrot, grated
- 1 tomato, medium sized finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon groundnut, roasted halved
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch hing
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed powder
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon sugar, as per taste
- Salt as per taste
- Mix carrots, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Add cumin seed powder, hing and little ghee.
- Adjust taste with sugar, salt and lemon juice.
- Serve gajarchi koshimbir as side dish.
