Bok Phoolor Bor

Tasty fritters made with Agati flowers (flowers of humming bird tree)


  • Agati flowers, cleaned and stamens removed
  • Rice flour
  • Gram flour
  • Salt
  • Chilly powder
  • Oil for frying


  1. Prepare a thick batter with rice flour, gram flour, salt, chilly powder and water.
  2. Dip agati flowers in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  3. Serve Bol phoolor bor hot.
