Coconut chutney

Zesty, appetizing and savoury coconut, mint and coriander chutney


  • 1 cup Fresh grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Lime to taste


  1. Grind fresh coconut, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic cloves and tamarind paste together to smooth consistency.
  2. Adjust taste with salt and lime juice. Add water for smooth consistency.
  3. Serve Coconut chutney as side dish.
