Chakkakkuru chips is a delicious snack prepared by frying raw jackfruit seeds. It is a great accompaniment to evening tea.
- 2 cups Jackfruit seeds, washed and peeled
- Cooking oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- A handful Curry leaves
- Cut jackfruit seeds into thin slices and keep aside.
- Deep fry the seeds till golden colour and sprinkle salt and chilli powder .
- Garnish with fried curry leaves and red chillies.
- Enjoy chakkakuru chips with your evening tea.
