Lai Xaak’or Bhaji

Stir fried mustard greens.


  • Mustard Oil
  • Onion
  • Turmeric powder
  • Garlic, crushed
  • Lai Xaak/Mustard greens
  • Potato


  1. Heat mustard oil and fry sliced onion till golden brown.
  2. Add garlic, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add Lai Xaak and potato and mix well.
  4. Cover the pan and cook on low flame until fully cooked.
  5. Serve Lai Xaak warm with rice.
