Dosa / pancake from greem gram
- 1 cup Whole Green gram
- 2 teaspoons Raw rice
- 1 Ginger - 1 inch piece
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 4 Green chillies
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- Soak green gram and rice overnight. Grind into smooth paste along with green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds and salt.
- Bake dosa from batter over a tawa just like dosa. Grease with oil.
- Add chopped onion over Pesarattu Dosa
- Flip and cook from other side.
- Serve Pesarattu Dosa hot along with chutney.
