Pesarattu Dosa

Dosa / pancake from greem gram


  • 1 cup Whole Green gram
  • 2 teaspoons Raw rice
  • 1 Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 4 Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup onions, chopped


  1. Soak green gram and rice overnight. Grind into smooth paste along with green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds and salt.
  2. Bake dosa from batter over a tawa just like dosa. Grease with oil.
  3. Add chopped onion over Pesarattu Dosa
  4. Flip and cook from other side.
  5. Serve Pesarattu Dosa hot along with chutney.
