Enjoy fresh carrot juice / gajar ka ras to seek health benefits of carrots!

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, washed and peeled
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt / kala namak
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed powder
  • salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Grind carrots along with 2 cups water and all ingerdients.
  2. Garnish and serve gajar ka ras.
