Tangy refreshing drink made with star fruit
- 2 Star fruit, ripe and chopped
- 3 tablespoons Sugar, as per taste
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 1 pinch Black salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- Few slices of star fruit for decorating
- Blend star fruit pieces along with salt, sugar and asafoetida.
- Add soda with cubes or chilled water, as per choice. Decorate with starfruit piece.
- Serve Kamrakh shikanji chilled.
