Aval Nanachathu

An easy to make snack made with beaten rice, jaggery and coconut

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Aval / Beaten Rice
  • 1/2 cup Coconut, fresh grated
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery, grated
  • 1 pinch Cardamon powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut, jaggery and cardamon powder in a bowl.
  2. Add beaten rice and mix until it becomes soft.
  3. Serve Aval nanachathu with banana.
