An easy to make snack made with beaten rice, jaggery and coconut
- 1 cup Aval / Beaten Rice
- 1/2 cup Coconut, fresh grated
- 1/2 cup Jaggery, grated
- 1 pinch Cardamon powder (optional)
- Combine coconut, jaggery and cardamon powder in a bowl.
- Add beaten rice and mix until it becomes soft.
- Serve Aval nanachathu with banana.
