Quick pudding made from wheat flour
- 1 cup atta /whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup ghee / clarified butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- Ghee roast atta till golden brown. Keep aside.
- Heat a cup of water and sugar till sugar dissolves.
- Add roasted atta to sugar syrup and stir to avoid lumping.
- Add milk and continue stirring. Cook till flour is cooked and fluffy.
- Serve atta halwa hot.
