Tomul Chhot is an easy to make Kashmiri snack prepared with rice flour and carom seeds. It is a great accompaniment to evening tea.
- 1 cup Rice flour
- Salt and carom seeds as per taste
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 green chilli
- Mix salt, carom seeds, green chillies and ghee in flour.
- Knead the flour with hot water to soft dough.
- Taking a piece of dough, flatten into round shape by hand.
- Bake on hot tawa on both sides.
- Apply ghee and enjoy Tomul chott as a tea-time snack.
