Kudru Ki Roti

Kudru is a type of grain grown locally in the Himachal region. Kudru ki roti is  a healthy and nutritious flat bread cooked with the kudru flour.


  • 1 cup Kudru flour
  • Water for kneading
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee


  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead a soft dough.
  2. Take small portions of the dough and flatten it with your palms.
  3. Heat a tawa and apply some ghee on it.
  4. Cook the flattened dough on both sides.
  5. Serve Kudru ki roti with garlic chutney.
