Kudru is a type of grain grown locally in the Himachal region. Kudru ki roti is a healthy and nutritious flat bread cooked with the kudru flour.
- 1 cup Kudru flour
- Water for kneading
- Salt to taste
- Combine all the ingredients and knead a soft dough.
- Take small portions of the dough and flatten it with your palms.
- Heat a tawa and apply some ghee on it.
- Cook the flattened dough on both sides.
- Serve Kudru ki roti with garlic chutney.
