Variyali nu sharbat

Cool refreshing drink for summer made from fennel seeds and dry rasins


  • 1/4 cup Variyali / fennel seeds
  • Rasins
  • Sugar, powdered
  • Lemon juice, as per taste
  • 500 milliliters Water


  1. Soak fennel seeds powder and rasins for couple of hours.
  2. Grind and strain water.
  3. Adjust taste with sugar, salt and lemon juice. Add water as per requirement.
