Ghost chillies or U-morok as called in Manipuri are one of the hottest chillies in world. This recipe is about pickling them with oil.
Caution: Use gloves while dealing with u-morok chillies.
- A bowl of fresh red ghost chillies
- 2 -3 cups of mustard oil
- 2 -3 tbsp of salt
- Blend all the ingredients to a creamy consistency.
- Fill 2/3 of a jar with the mixture and add a cup of mustard oil on top. Mix well.
- Use U-morok pickle to spice your curries.
