Broken wheat porridge used as dessert in Rajasthan
- 1 cup Dalia (Broken Wheat)
- 3/4 cup Ghee (Clarified Butter)
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup Almonds and Raisins
- Roast dalia in ghee till golden.
- Add milk or water. Cover and cook till dalia has absorbed liquid and cooked.
- Add sugar and mix with almonds and rasins.
